Remote Maintenance Service
Through remote maintenance system, technical service personnel of Bealead conduct remote debugging for products designated by customers.

On-site Service
Technical service personnel of Bealead solve problems on the site where Party A uses the product and provide system security service for designated product to be serviced.

SCOPE OF SERVICE

Installation and Debugging of Software and Hardware
Bealead provides installation and debugging services for respective software and hardware as well as system debugging and initialization.

System Application Training
Bealead provides relevant training service (installation and debugging of software and hardware, process operation and report application, etc.) according to actual need of the customer.

Product Maintenance
Bealead provides technical support and maintenance as to problems and requirements with use and application scope of all relevant products.

Version Updating
After updating of version of Bealead software, Bealead can also provide updating and renewal service as per actual need of the customer.

Database Maintenance
Bealead provides services of regular database inspection, maintenance and optimization or carry-over of set of books.

Hardware Maintenance
Bealead provides testing and debugging as well as repair services for hardware equipment provided by Bealead.

Requirements Development
The customer can make requests in writing for software customization (including report customization, improvement of function, special function-specific requirements, etc.), and Party B will charge Party A certain fees according to difficulty.

SERVICE RESPONSE SPEED

Bealead provides its customers with 7*16 h (7: 00-23:00) telephone consultation service, and will make response and arrange service within 24 hours in respect of the service request made by the customer through telephone, letter, fax, e-mail or online submission.

FREE SERVICE

Bealead provides its customer with free technical service for a period of one year from the date of purchasing.
